Creating a quote for your customers is made easy with the ServiceFolder application with all the products or services added already in the application.
To create a quote, perform the following steps:
1. Click Sales in the main menu, and choose Quote from the drop-down menu.
2. Click New from the available links.
Note: Quote can be made to customers only and not to leads.
3. Enter the customer name in the Customer field.
4. Add the necessary products, along with the discounts of each product, if any in the respective Discount fields.
5. Click Add New Line link to enter more products.
6. Click the Calc Total to get the grand total.
The quote is successfully created. Any attachments can be made to the quote by clicking the Attach Files link.
The created quote can be mailed to the customer or anyone by clicking the Send Mail button.
