Tracking and monitoring the status of jobs helps to improve the work performance of technicians, and gives better service to customers. Tracking of jobs helps to transfer the unassigned jobs to technicians free at the time or located near to unassigned jobs.
To track Jobs, Perform the following steps:
1. Click Service-> Jobs to view the Job List Page.
2. Click View drop-down and choose the desired Job type, to view the list of jobs in that category.
The list of jobs will be shown on the table.
The Status of the Job can be changed on the Job Details Page. Click the desired Job to view its details page. Click the Status drop-down and choose from the status values to update the status of the job.
