How to send mail to lead?

To send mails to leads from the ServiceFolder application, follow the steps below.

1. Click the Leads link from the main menu and choose the Person Name to whom the mail needs to be sent.

2. Click the send mail button in the top right.

3. Enter details in the compose mail. Attachments up to 1MB can be made.
