What is a custom notification?

A custom made notification is triggered when a set of rules or a predefined action is performed.  The notification can be sent to the customer/supplier or technician or respective staff or to any custom defined email id. The content of the email and SMS can be customized individually for every notification. 

For example:
  1. Email or SMS is sent automatically  to the technician when an appointment is created.
  2. SMS is sent automatically to the team members when an invoice is created/edited for a particular customer. 

ServiceFolder enables certain predefined custom notifications that can be activated. You can also create custom notifications with new set of rules.
